Wrapping
Real
- Normally doesn’t have a plastic wrapping, but some retail stores will have them wrapped. There is a difference between the wrappings. Real Beats use more durable plastic wrapping.
Fake
- Fake ones will have a plastic wrapping, but the plastic that is used is more cheap and can easily be torn apart.

Real
- The real Beats have a plastic wrapping around the zipper pouch
Fake
- There is no plastic wrapping around the pouch itself on the fake Beats, but there is a plastic wrapping around the headphone itself

Logo
Real
- There is nothing placed on the logo.
Fake
- There is a blue sticker that is peel-able that shouldn’t be there.

Summary:
Yes, fraud Studio Beats do exist out there , they are very similar looking so avoid getting scammed! Fake ones are originally bought for around $100 and is being sold back for around $200. If the one’s you’re getting are really cheap start getting suspicious. I have to say if your Beats have a Blue sticker on its logo than those are definite signs of a fake. This comparison was only made between the white studio beats headphones that I received as a gift the the fake ones that my friend has. So there may be some other things I may have left out so correct me if I’m wrong.
